Ultima Paint Guard Plus is the very best protection you can apply to your vehicles paint and glass to resist damage from detergents, pollution, hard water spotting, road salts, bird droppings, acid rain, the sun's UV radiation and other environmental hazards. Preventing damage from environmental contamination is much easier than removing it, so this preventative step will save you many hours in the long run.

Ultima Paint Guard Plus is a very high performance polymer paint sealant. It is 10 to 15 times more concentrated than any cream paste wax available.

Ultima Paint Guard Plus will offer 9 to 12 months protection, but it is so easy to apply we recommend using it 3 to 4 times a year. A single ounce will coat your car four to five times.

Instructions for Use: While Ultima Paint Guard Plus is designed to shine, bead water and remain slick for a year or more, proper paint care dictates that 3-4 treatmants a year offers the very best protection possible. Ultima Paint Guard Plus is not designed as a quick detail spray. For dusting and quick cleanings, use Ultima Detail Spray Plus.

Use Sparingly: About 1/4 ounce of product is all that's needed to treat most full-size cars. If you apply too much product, simply allow it to dry overnight. Do not spray directly on your vehicle.

Vehicle Preparation: After thoroughly washing and drying the surface, check for bonded contamination such as dried bugs, bird droppings, tar or sap. Use the Ultima Elastrofoam System for a deep clean if any of these pollutants are present. If swirl marks, water spots or other paint defects exist, polish your paint with Ultima Paint Polish Plus before sealing.

Application: Start at one corner of the vehicle (e.g., left front fender). Mist the Ultima Autospa Microfiber Applicator with Ultima Paint Guard Plus twice (two pumps) to prime the pad with product. Wipe on and finish wiping in a straight-line direction (this will help you see where you have applied product). When it appears that no more product is applying to the paint, spray ojne more shot of Paint Guard Plus to the applicator. Continue to wipe until complete. By the time you get back to where you began, the first couple of panels should already look dry. Do Not Wipe!

Tip: Use the apllicator provided. The large microfiber applicator provided ensures an even, streak-free coating.

Tip: When applying the product, it should go on looking "wet". proper application will leave what appears to be a fine oily film that will bein to dry immediately. It may look like there are streaks when applying this product. This is normal. Do Not Wipe! Allow to dry completely so it can form it's protective barrier. Full cure time is 6 to 12 hours.

Tip: Ultima Paint Guard Plus can be layered for more depth, gloss and protection. You can apply as many coats as you like but allow each coat to dry for 12 hours.
