Return Policy
At DetailCity.com, we make product returns easy and hassle free!
You may return item(s) within 30 days of delivery of your order - no hassles. The item(s) must be in like new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork such as instructions and owners manuals. We cannot accept returns on used items or items missing the original packaging, parts and paperwork so please do not destroy or lose these items as you may need them.
Items returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs.
**DetailCity.com does not accept returns of products noted in the description as custom-fit such as custom-fit car covers, seat covers, sun shades or floor mats. These items are under warranty from the manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced if there are any factory defects in material or workmanship.
**DetailCity.com does not repair buffers and polishers or accept returns on these items after 30 days or within 30 days if parts or manuals are missing or if the original box is damaged or destroyed.
**International orders may only be exchanged if the item is defective. No other returns/exchanges will be accepted.
Proper return procedure:
If you've decided to return an item to us, you'll need a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns require an RAN in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).
To get this number, please send us an email to customerservice@detailcity.com and provide your name, order number and reason for return. As long as the return is eligible within our Return Policy Guidelines, we will call or email you within 1-2 business days with an RAN for your item(s). The DetailCity.com customer service representative contacting you will have further instructions for your easy return.
Shipments without a valid RAN clearly posted on the outside of the box will incur a 15% restocking fee. DetailCity.com is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RAN) on or in the box.
